Fries were limp, drink was flat, straw was broken, honestly a trifecta of disappointment.
The app glitched during checkout and double charged me, took 3 days to refund.
Paid $34 for a bowl that was 80% rice and like three cubes of chicken, make it make sense. Bun was stale, cheese didn't melt, patty had a weird gristle thing, threw the whole thing out. Last friday I waited at the counter for 15 min while three workers avoided eye contact lol.
Ordered the family bundle on a Sunday brunch for $38 and we had leftovers for two days, honestly shocked.

ordered thru the app, used a $5 off code, picked up in 8 min, chef's kiss honestly. I don't usually review food places but the brisket sandwich made me text my brother about it.
The app charged me twice and nobody at support can see the second charge even tho it's on my statement.

Nope. the spicy sauce was ketchup with pepper flakes, I'm not kidding, actual grocery store ketchup.

My kid wouldn't even eat the nuggets and she eats literally anything, that's a red flag for me.
