What counts as a good dispatch.
Short rules so your dispatch stays on the record and helps the next shopper decide.
Write about something you actually paid for
A dispatch is a first-hand account. If you worked for the company, got the product for free in exchange for a review, or are reviewing on behalf of someone else, say so in the text.
Be specific
“It was great” helps nobody. The dispatches that get the most upvotes name a thing — a wait time, a staff member, a dollar amount, a model number, a date. If you can picture it, write it.
Stay on the subject
- Review the product or service, not the person who sold it to you.
- Don’t publish names, phone numbers, order numbers, or any personal detail of a staff member or another customer.
- Don’t copy another reviewer’s text, even partially.
- No slurs, no threats, no doxxing, no illegal content.
One dispatch per brand
You can edit yours any time. If your experience changes materially, update the existing dispatch rather than filing a second one.
Disclose conflicts
If you’re an employee, a competitor, a former customer with a dispute, or someone the business has paid or offered to pay — write it into the first line. Hidden conflicts are the main reason dispatches get taken down.
What we remove
- Dispatches that break the rules above.
- Dispatches we have reason to believe are fabricated or bought.
- Dispatches that are repeatedly flagged by other readers and fail a moderator review.
Report a dispatch
Every dispatch on the archive has a Report this review link. Hit it, tell us why, and a human will look. We don’t automate removals.
