The rules of the archive.
Short, plain-English terms that cover how you use ReviewMyBrand and what you can expect from us.
Last updated: October 2026
1. Who we are
ReviewMyBrand (“the archive”, “we”, “us”) is an independent consumer-review publication reachable at desk@reviewmybrand.com.
2. Your account
- You need a free account to file a dispatch.
- You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe.
- One account per person; one dispatch per brand (you can edit yours anytime).
3. Your dispatches
You keep the copyright on anything you write. By filing a dispatch you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, display and distribute it on and in connection with the archive. If you delete your account, your dispatches stay on the record but your name is replaced with “Former reader.”
4. What you can’t post
Anything in the review guidelines that would get a dispatch removed, plus: unlawful content, spam, malware, private information about other people, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights.
5. Business responses
A business owner can claim a page at /for-business and reply to dispatches on the record. Replies are public and dated; we do not remove dispatches at a business’s request unless they break the guidelines.
6. The archive, as published
The archive is published “as is.” We don’t guarantee any particular rating or ranking is accurate at a given moment, and we don’t accept liability for commercial decisions you make on the strength of what you read here. If a published figure is wrong, email us and we’ll correct it on the page.
7. Takedowns and legal requests
Lawful takedown requests and copyright notices go to desk@reviewmybrand.com. Please include the business slug, the specific dispatch, and the legal basis for the request.
8. Changes
We’ll update these terms from time to time; material changes get flagged at the top of the page for 30 days.
