Priya was great
Keyboard shortcuts are everywhere and after a week I was flying through my work faster.

havent had a single outage since we switched in March of last year. The mobile app is actually usable which is pretty rare these days if you ask me.
The dark mode doesn't hurt my eyes at 2am when I'm shipping late and that matters. The free trial was long enough that I actually knew what I was buying before paying.
I recieved my refund in under 24 hours when I accidentally double-paid for two seats. fr this is the first tool my boss hasn't complained about in two years of trying stuff. Honestly worth every dollar I've paid them.
Fine on day one, awful by day thirty. Hard pass tbh, there are much better options for the money.
No notes at all.
Signed up and had my whole team on it within a day without any drama at all.
Pricing is honest at $180/yr with no weird upsells popping up every single week. Esen in onboarding is a legend and I will defend them in any room. 10/10, no notes.

Would recommend to a friend without hesitation. Signed up and had my whole team on it within a day without any drama at all. Fine, I guess, but better than fine actually.
Jordan walked me through the import on a Tuesday at 3pm and it just worked first try. Does what it says and nothing it doesn't need to.
The dashboard loads fast even with thousands of rows which my old tool used to choke on. idk how they made CSV imports fun but somehow they really did. Does what it says and nothing it doesn't need to.
Love this app so much it hurts. No notes at all.
Lena fixed my sync issue on a quiet Sunday which blew my mind a little. Didn't expect much for $12/mo but this app does more than tools I've paid five times for.

I use maybe 20% of what I pay for and i dont want to think about it fr. The $8 flat tier is a trap, you'll outgrow it in a month. Alot of little bugs, none bad enough to leave over.
definately keeping this one around. the support rep answered my dumb question in like four minutes, i was shocked tbh. Signed up and had my whole team on it within a day without any drama at all.

Took me alot of trial and error with other tools before landing here and this one stuck. The dashboard loads fast even with thousands of rows which my old tool used to choke on. Their support actually reads your message before replying which is a shock in 2026.

Mid at first, then it clicked once I set up the automations and now I can't go back. Jordan walked me through the import on a Tuesday at 3pm and it just worked first try. havent had a single outage since we switched in March of last year.
Legit the best money I spend each month on anything work related. 10/10, no notes.

€120/mo is steep for what it does. £90/mo for what's basically a glorified spreadsheet, idk.

The product is fine, their support is where it falls apart. Works, mostly, as long as you dont touch the beta toggle. Decent enough once you get past the login loop.
Fine, I guess, but better than fine actually.
