Fine, not great
It filled me up and that's the kindest thing I can say rn.

The app glitched during checkout and double charged me, took 3 days to refund. Delivery took 48 minutes and the burger was lukewarm by the time it got here ugh.
App gave me a free side for signing up and the mac was way better then it had any right to be.
Picked up curbside in like 4 minutes, bag was sealed, nothing was crushed, everything was hot. Dropped $18/head for four people and we all walked out full, try that at a sit down place now.
the new breakfast wrap at 7am saved me on monday after a brutal weekend. 10/10. Got the limited time burger before it left and i'm going to be sad about it for months. The wings were still crunchy after a 22 minute delivery which is kind of a miracle.
ate it cold the next morning out of the fridge and it was still great. true test passed. Portion size is honestly embarrassing in a good way, i could not finish it.
Mid chains could never. this one slaps.
Place is clean, bathrooms don't smell, music isn't blasting, food is solid. that's all I want. Took it to a potluck and three people asked where it came from, I was weirdly proud.
Dropped $18/head for four people and we all walked out full, try that at a sit down place now. fries actually salted. a radical concept apparently. Mid chains could never. this one slaps.
the woman working the window on 7th street was so sweet she threw in an extra cookie for my kid. Mid chains could never. this one slaps.
nothing fancy here just a really good sandwich at a fair price and that's enough for me. $12 for a meal that filled me up and still had enough for lunch next day, insane value.
The staff remembered my usual after like three visits, kind of made my whole week ngl.
Been going weekly since june and they have not messed up a single order, which is wild. ate it cold the next morning out of the fridge and it was still great. true test passed.
my picky 6 year old ate the whole thing without complaining which basically never happens. Sauce options actually have flavor instead of being watery ketchup, bless them. Place is clean, bathrooms don't smell, music isn't blasting, food is solid. that's all I want.
the spicy sauce was ketchup with pepper flakes, I'm not kidding, actual grocery store ketchup. Waited 52 minutes for a lukewarm burger that tasted like the microwave resurrected it on a Friday rush.

Crust was crispy on the bottom and the cheese pull was dumb long, perfect pie.
Ordered the family bundle on a Sunday brunch for $38 and we had leftovers for two days, honestly shocked.
Bun was stale on one side and perfect on the other, which is a wild achievement. Service was quick I'll give em that, food just didn't match the hype. Portion looked smaller than the picture and I'm not imagining it this time.
I was skeptical of the new menu but the spicy chicken thing is actually a top 3 fast food item for me. App gave me a free side for signing up and the mac was way better then it had any right to be.

they fixed a missing drink in literally 2 minutes with no attitude, i'll be back.
Delivery driver called to say he was 3 min out which never happens anywhere else lol.

the broth tasted like someone's grandma made it, not a factory, which i did not expect. I don't usually review food places but the brisket sandwich made me text my brother about it.

ordered thru the app, used a $5 off code, picked up in 8 min, chef's kiss honestly. Crust was crispy on the bottom and the cheese pull was dumb long, perfect pie.

The soup was literally room temperature and the bread they brought was basically a brick with butter.

slaps when it's fresh, slop when it isn't, and lately it's been slop more than not. Portion looked smaller than the picture and I'm not imagining it this time.

Kitchen was slammed on friday but my order was still right and still hot, respect. I was skeptical of the new menu but the spicy chicken thing is actually a top 3 fast food item for me.
