Slaps every time
The staff remembered my usual after like three visits, kind of made my whole week ngl. Sauce options actually have flavor instead of being watery ketchup, bless them.

Been going weekly since june and they have not messed up a single order, which is wild. ordered thru the app, used a $5 off code, picked up in 8 min, chef's kiss honestly.
my picky 6 year old ate the whole thing without complaining which basically never happens.

$12 for a meal that filled me up and still had enough for lunch next day, insane value. Crust was crispy on the bottom and the cheese pull was dumb long, perfect pie. I was skeptical of the new menu but the spicy chicken thing is actually a top 3 fast food item for me.
Took it to a potluck and three people asked where it came from, I was weirdly proud. ate it cold the next morning out of the fridge and it was still great. true test passed.
Got the limited time burger before it left and i'm going to be sad about it for months. Kitchen was slammed on friday but my order was still right and still hot, respect.
my salad had a bandaid in it, I will never eat here again untill the end of time.
The soup was literally room temperature and the bread they brought was basically a brick with butter.
They forgot the whole entree, just gave me sides and a receipt that said complete, cool thanks. Mid.

The wings were still crunchy after a 22 minute delivery which is kind of a miracle.
they fixed a missing drink in literally 2 minutes with no attitude, i'll be back. Portion size is honestly embarrassing in a good way, i could not finish it. fries actually salted. a radical concept apparently.
Spent half an hour listening to the hold music just to be told they don't do refunds, cool business model there. Ran out of half the menu at 7pm on a saturday, how are you a restaurant exactly. Paid $34 for a bowl that was 80% rice and like three cubes of chicken, make it make sense.
fries actually salted. a radical concept apparently. I don't usually review food places but the brisket sandwich made me text my brother about it.
Portion size is honestly embarrassing in a good way, i could not finish it. $12 for a meal that filled me up and still had enough for lunch next day, insane value.
the broth tasted like someone's grandma made it, not a factory, which i did not expect. App gave me a free side for signing up and the mac was way better then it had any right to be. my picky 6 year old ate the whole thing without complaining which basically never happens.
Fries were limp, drink was flat, straw was broken, honestly a trifecta of disappointment.

Picked up curbside in like 4 minutes, bag was sealed, nothing was crushed, everything was hot.
the new breakfast wrap at 7am saved me on monday after a brutal weekend. 10/10.
ate it cold the next morning out of the fridge and it was still great. true test passed. Dropped $18/head for four people and we all walked out full, try that at a sit down place now. they fixed a missing drink in literally 2 minutes with no attitude, i'll be back.
Mid chains could never. this one slaps.
Ordered the chicken combo on a Wednesday delivery and it was fine, nothing I'd rave about but I finished it. Chicken was dry, dipping sauce fixed it, so like a 6 out of 10 situation.
Got the kids meal for my nephew and he barely touched it which says alot. slaps when it's fresh, slop when it isn't, and lately it's been slop more than not.
Called to complain and the manager (Noor) literally sighed at me on the phone, read the room ma'am. Ordered the signature bowl for $18 and got a sad pile of lettuce with four pieces of corn on top.
It filled me up and that's the kindest thing I can say rn. The guy at the counter was super nice tho, shoutout Rafi or whatever his name was. Spent $22 and definately could have made something better at home in 15 min.

My kid wouldn't even eat the nuggets and she eats literally anything, that's a red flag for me. Bun was stale, cheese didn't melt, patty had a weird gristle thing, threw the whole thing out. the spicy sauce was ketchup with pepper flakes, I'm not kidding, actual grocery store ketchup.
Mid.

Ordered the family bundle on a Sunday brunch for $38 and we had leftovers for two days, honestly shocked. The wings were still crunchy after a 22 minute delivery which is kind of a miracle.
Kitchen was slammed on friday but my order was still right and still hot, respect. the woman working the window on 7th street was so sweet she threw in an extra cookie for my kid.
I was skeptical of the new menu but the spicy chicken thing is actually a top 3 fast food item for me. Delivery driver called to say he was 3 min out which never happens anywhere else lol.

The app charged me twice and nobody at support can see the second charge even tho it's on my statement. Tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since brunch and I ordered at 8:40pm. My kid wouldn't even eat the nuggets and she eats literally anything, that's a red flag for me.
