The quote was clear enough but the extras recieved a shrug from me, way more than I thought. wasn't awful but I expected a lot more for what they charged me. paid north of three grand for work that honestly feels like it shouldn't have cost half that tbh.
Called at 6am on a cold Saturday, had someone here by 9. Mike came out on a snowy Tuesday and had the heat back on in 40 mins.
Boiler died mid-July of all things, got it sorted same day. Omar explained the fuse box like I was five, perfect. My mum would love these guys, that's the highest praise I've got.
She was friendly on the quote and vanished the day of. The guy was supposed to come Saturday and just didn't show.

No mess left behind and no weird surcharges at the end. Price went up by alot less than I feared, pleasant surprise.
Honestly didn't expect this level of care from a $55 call-out.

The second visit sealed it, these guys are my new go-to.

Brendan was nice but the quote crept way up from the first number once he saw the panel. Nope. Took three tries to sort my boiler and I still don't fully trust it.
