Fit tts, finally
Slaps.
Slaps.
definately coming back for the winter drop, bookmarked already
honestly didn't expect much at this price point but the stitching is clean and the lining didn't bunch after two washes Sizing chart was dead accurate for once, the medium fit tts and I'm usually stuck between. the quality for £28 is kind of insane, feels like something i'd pay triple for in a mall
Price dropped 12 bucks a week after I bought it and they refunded the difference without me asking... wild. Slaps.
Returned a pair of jeans on Prime Day and the refund hit my card before I even got home from the drop-off. order landed in 3 days flat with a hand-written thank-you note tucked under the tissue paper, who does that anymore
Mid-tier price, top-tier fit.
Made my week lol.
Tracking updated every few hours so I wasn't refreshing like a maniac at my door.
the woman on the chat, Zara, found me a coupon code i didnt even know existed and shaved another 15 off
Chatted with support for 22 minutes on Black Friday and the woman, Omara, told me to just reorder it at full price lol. Paid $212 total for something that showed up looking like it fell off a truck and the box was already open.
the chunky loafers ran a half size small so i sized up and they're the most comfy shoes i own now, zero break in definately coming back for the winter drop, bookmarked already
Picked up two tees and a hoodie for under 60 and the hoodie has pockets deep enough for my phone, keys, and a snack.
Had to chase them on email twice before anyone acknowledged the missing item, eventually got it, lost a week. Customer service was weirdly good, product was weirdly bad, so I'm torn.
Bought on sale so I can't complain too hard, full price I'd be writing a very different review. Not bad for a quick impulse buy under $30 but I wouldn't trust them with anything I actually care about. Shipping promised 3 days, arrived day 9, box was crushed but the stuff inside was fine so whatever.
Shocked how good the fabric feels for the money, like it's got weight to it. Delivery guy left it in the actual safe spot I picked instead of the middle of the driveway for once. the woman on the chat, Zara, found me a coupon code i didnt even know existed and shaved another 15 off
Fit was perfect out of the bag, no need to wash and pray.
Had a question about a stain on the suede boots and they sent a care kit for free, no haggling.

Customer service answered in 4 minutes on a Sunday night, which, come on. Fit was perfect out of the bag, no need to wash and pray. Returned a pair of jeans on Prime Day and the refund hit my card before I even got home from the drop-off.
Got a birthday discount I forgot I signed up for, saved me $22 on the kettle I'd been eyeing since July. Checkout took maybe 40 seconds with Apple Pay, no account nonsense, no newsletter trap.

Shipping was free over $35 which honestly saved me from checkout rage. 10/10 would raid the sale section again.
Scored a jacket in the final-sale bin for $34 and three people stopped me to ask where it was from. Tracking updated every few hours so I wasn't refreshing like a maniac at my door.

returns portal is a nightmare, took 3 tries to even get a label and then another 18 days to see my $62 back
Loved the price point, hated that the color was definately not what the photo showed. I'll give them this, their app is easy and the sales are legit, but good luck returning anything without a fight. They shipped the wrong color and offered 10% off to keep it which, sure, I'll take the discount but come on.
Returns are prepaid and the drop-off was a corner store two blocks away.
Opened a ticket on the 2nd, closed by them on the 9th with no reply, reopened it, same thing happened again. Fine print says final sale on anything over 40% off and that was buried three menus deep, lost $68. Paid $212 total for something that showed up looking like it fell off a truck and the box was already open.
I've bought cheap stuff before but this is the first time something arrived literally broken in half. Ordered a size L, recieved a size S with the L tag stapled over the S tag, make it make sense. The 15.6" one in the photo is clearly not 15.6 inches, I measured, it's barely 13.

Mid-tier price, top-tier fit. Grabbed the puffer at $36 shipped marked down from $120 and it's warmer than my old one that cost triple.
Promo code at checkout just silently didn't apply and I didn't catch it untill the confirmation email hit.

Return policy says 30 days but the clock apparently starts the day they ship not the day you get it, convenient. Site said fit tts, I'm a medium forever, this ran small enough that my 11 year old niece grabbed it. $120 for a jacket that smells like it was stored next to gasoline, had to wash it twice before I could even try it on.
No shipping surprise this time, the number at checkout matched the number on my card, revolutionary. Customer service answered in 4 minutes on a Sunday night, which, come on.
Honestly feels like a dropship, same item on alibaba for about four bucks, I checked. burned $89 and all I got was a stiff email saying my claim was "not eligible" with no explanation attached

The color on screen was a warm sand, what showed up was baby poop green, no exaggeration. Nope.
Scam.
