the quality for £28 is kind of insane, feels like something i'd pay triple for in a mall Second order this month and both times the packaging was recyclable which my building actually picks up.

Tracking updated every few hours so I wasn't refreshing like a maniac at my door. Checkout took maybe 40 seconds with Apple Pay, no account nonsense, no newsletter trap.
10/10 would raid the sale section again.
Picked up two tees and a hoodie for under 60 and the hoodie has pockets deep enough for my phone, keys, and a snack.
Alot of the reviews made this sound amazing and it's just... okay, not bad, not great, just there. Fit tts on the jeans, totally wrong on the tee which ran small enough that my teenager stole it.
Fit was perfect out of the bag, no need to wash and pray. 10/10 would raid the sale section again.
Not bad for a quick impulse buy under $30 but I wouldn't trust them with anything I actually care about.
Got a birthday discount I forgot I signed up for, saved me $22 on the kettle I'd been eyeing since July. Scored a jacket in the final-sale bin for $34 and three people stopped me to ask where it was from.
Made my week lol. Shipping was free over $35 which honestly saved me from checkout rage.
Delivery guy left it in the actual safe spot I picked instead of the middle of the driveway for once. the quality for £28 is kind of insane, feels like something i'd pay triple for in a mall
the chunky loafers ran a half size small so i sized up and they're the most comfy shoes i own now, zero break in
Returns are prepaid and the drop-off was a corner store two blocks away. Customer service answered in 4 minutes on a Sunday night, which, come on.
Shocked how good the fabric feels for the money, like it's got weight to it.
definately coming back for the winter drop, bookmarked already

Mid-tier price, top-tier fit. Shocked how good the fabric feels for the money, like it's got weight to it.
Return policy says 30 days but the clock apparently starts the day they ship not the day you get it, convenient.
No shipping surprise this time, the number at checkout matched the number on my card, revolutionary.
The woman on chat, Ingrid i think, actually helped me get a refund within 10 minutes which was a shock. The packaging was nicer than the product which tells you everything.
order landed in 3 days flat with a hand-written thank-you note tucked under the tissue paper, who does that anymore the chunky loafers ran a half size small so i sized up and they're the most comfy shoes i own now, zero break in Price dropped 12 bucks a week after I bought it and they refunded the difference without me asking... wild.
Slaps.
Sizing chart was dead accurate for once, the medium fit tts and I'm usually stuck between. the woman on the chat, Zara, found me a coupon code i didnt even know existed and shaved another 15 off Picked up two tees and a hoodie for under 60 and the hoodie has pockets deep enough for my phone, keys, and a snack.
Returned a pair of jeans on Prime Day and the refund hit my card before I even got home from the drop-off. Tracking updated every few hours so I wasn't refreshing like a maniac at my door.

Opened the box and the sweater actually looked like the photos, no weird lighting trick or saggy knit.
Opened a ticket on the 2nd, closed by them on the 9th with no reply, reopened it, same thing happened again. Thier tracking page lied to me for six days straight saying out for delivery when the package hadn't even left the warehouse. Paid $212 total for something that showed up looking like it fell off a truck and the box was already open.
Second order this month and both times the packaging was recyclable which my building actually picks up. honestly didn't expect much at this price point but the stitching is clean and the lining didn't bunch after two washes
Had a question about a stain on the suede boots and they sent a care kit for free, no haggling. definately coming back for the winter drop, bookmarked already

The dress is cute. The zipper is garbage. Got a solid pair of sneakers for $55 that I expected to be trash so bonus points there, but the laces snapped week two.

Bought on sale so I can't complain too hard, full price I'd be writing a very different review.

Grabbed the puffer at $36 shipped marked down from $120 and it's warmer than my old one that cost triple.
I've bought cheap stuff before but this is the first time something arrived literally broken in half. Order got split into three shipments without asking me, one still hasn't arrived and the chat bot keeps looping me.
